Diana Lokajickova completed her Law degree at Charles University in September 2019. Now she is working as a Trainee lawyer at a law office and she focuses on corporate law, family law, civil law and insolvency.

She is also a mediator who focuses on family disputes, neighbors disputes, and corporate disputes.

Moreover, Diana is an Ambassador of SCMA (Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates) and AMATI (ASSOCIATION OF MEDIATION ASSESSORS, TRAINERS, AND INSTRUCTORS).

As a young mediation and negotiation enthusiast, she undertook the Mediation Certification Program in Krakow 3 years ago. Before that, she enrolled a year program at the Diplomacy Academy in the Czech Republic. She has widened and deepened her knowledge at the annual White and Case Academy in the years 2017-2019. Diana believes that all these experiences help her to become a skilled international lawyer with great negotiation skills.

As a student, Diana was a member of a non-profit student’s organization, The Všehrd Association of Czech Lawyers. She was also an Executive director of this student´s organization for a year.

She managed with her colleague Vojtěch Hradečný to win two negotiation competitions that were held in the Czech Republic in 2018 and also they represented their university in international competitions, as for example CDRC in Vienna or ICC in Paris.
