The course aims at the theoretical basis of negotiation. The basic properties, such as interest, position, BATNA, WATNA, communication skills, and techniques of the negotiation are
explained both in theory and on practical examples.
The acquired skills will be tested on a simulated scenario.
Feedback and space for self-analysis will be provided after each simulated scenario.
